NEW AND PLANNED HOMES
Build a documented estimate from the home you plan to live in: its occupants, heating and cooling, appliances and daily routines. See the major loads before you commit that estimate to a report.
Free walkthrough and dashboard. $19 once unlocks both PDFs for this household.
A new house, a move or a major renovation can leave you without a useful year of electricity bills. Another household's use may also reflect different equipment and habits.
Watt Wisdom gives you a place to record the planned home and test its electricity demand. Review the assumptions with the builder, installer or person helping you plan. Without measured bills, the result remains an estimate to check as real use becomes available.
Location, approximate floor area, construction details and expected occupants. Use the planned home rather than the place you live now.
Heating and cooling specifications, water heating, cooking and dryer fuels. An electric and a gas appliance do not belong in the same electricity estimate.
Thermostat settings, time at home and equipment operating hours. If an EV is planned, include annual mileage, efficiency and the share charged at home.
Mark planned equipment and review uncertain specifications. The new-home purpose treats unmarked equipment as planned; verify those statuses before saving a report.
This does not predict an exact future bill, certify building performance or design the electrical service. Ask the recipient what documentation it needs before using the report for an application.
